I turn on my computer, first the welcome screen comes on as usual. I click my mouse and hit my keyboard, nothing is advancing me to the password screen. I turn it off and turn it on, now nothing is coming up and nothing that's plugged into the PC (keyboard, mouse, Xbox controller, ethernet) is working.

All lights are on, all fans are spinning fine. I reseated the GPU, RAM, unplugged all connections and plugged them in again, nothing.

My case speaker is also not making a sound.

Anything that could cause this? Or at least, any way to narrow it down?

Hi Sad you have a problem of no display, the symptom is power light is on, no data signal, nothing on screen. I suggest to remove first the memory but before doing it remove first the SATA and Power Cable of your HDD including other peripherals except the keyboard. And lets see if the computer will produce beep codes. Normal mobo if there are no RAM it will beep series of beeps, if your heard it reinsert again your RAM and power-up. If will not display remove your GPU and use the vga port and power-up. If it will not display again our concentration is the mobo problem and the PSU. In PSU be sure that you have a normal voltage output use paper clip to test it. If you sure that your mobo is ok, now lets concentrate in mobo. But first remove it in your case, and do the test outside of your case, but first be sure contact cleaning of your RAM and GPU card, you can test the MOBO also without using the GPU card. And go back here what is the result. Then another instruction I will give to you if it will not solve.

Thanks so much for the reply.

Unfortunately, none of your steps worked. I'm beginning to suspect it's a motherboard issue because of the fact that my power supply is working fine.

Good we arrive now in the conclusion, the mobo is the problem. To confirm that it is the mobo problem, try to use a good mobo if you can borrow or buy a new one with the same specs, and try to test it with the RAM, PSU, and the video card or GPU if it will display normal to the POST and BIOS. Then after that install it in your casing and connect your HDD and power-up.
