Question No signal from pc to monitor

Hello,
My computer now has a problem where it does not provide a signal to the monitor. I have tried resetting the CMOS, and the computer only successfully boots up once after a reset before losing the signal again. I also replaced the graphics card, but the issue persists.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

Please also state all parts used to troubleshoot your build, i.e the graphics card you spoke of above.
