Question "No signal" issue, got some ideas but need advice...

Good morning! Got a problem that I'm hoping there's an easy fix for. Yesterday I installed a new AMD GPU to replace my Nvidia but I got the dreaded "no signal" on the monitor. I replaced the old GPU and got the same thing, then I tried the integrated graphics on the mainboard and still have no signal going to the monitor. The monitor and all the cables (HDMI, Display port) are all fine so I doubt it's that.

Based on the research I've been doing I'm thinking it might be a driver issue. I removed the Nvidia software manually (didn't find out about using DDU until I got the issue and started to research) then downloaded the AMD drivers, disconnected from the internet, removed the Nvidia card and connected my monitor to the onboard and installed the AMD software, all of which was successful. I then installed the AMD card and that's where the trouble started.

I'm hoping to figure out how to connect my monitor to the onboard so I can use DDU to make sure all the old Nvidia driver software is gone but I need to get around the no signal issue if possible.

Original build - Ryzen 5 5600GT 3.6GHz (4.6GHz Turbo) 6-Core 12-Thread / 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM / GPU AMD Radeon Vega Graphics (CPU Integration). Been using a GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER. Replacing the GeForce with a Hellhound AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT.

Should also mention that my existing PSU is only 550W (I thought it was 650W) but it still powered everything up when I installed the new GPU. I have an 850W PSU on the way in a couple days, not sure if that factors into the problem though.

Is there any hope for me and/or is there anything else I can try?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

I replaced the old GPU and got the same thing, then I tried the integrated graphics on the mainboard and still have no signal going to the monitor.
This might be a sign that your motherboard has conked out. Depending on your motherboard's make and model, you might be able to attempt a BIOS recovery and see if that revives your platform.

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G 3.9GHz (4.4GHz Turbo) 6-Core 12-Thread
CPU cooler: Air Cooling
Motherboard: IPASON A520-B
Ram: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz (single stick)
SSD/HDD: Kingston 1TB NVME SSD
GPU: AMD Radeon Vega Graphics (CPU Integration)
PSU: Segotep PR650 (550W)
Chassis: IPASON Battlefield S7
OS: Windows 11 Home
Monitor: Lenovo P24H-20 (A19238QP1) Display Port and HDMI

I purchased the PC new through Newegg and received it in April of 2024 so it's still within its one year warranty period.

Going to try and reset the BIOS and will report back with status!

UPDATE: Did the CMOS, plugged the monitor into the integrated GPU and now instead of showing "no signal" the monitor went to "power save" mode and into standby. Is that a good sign or is there still something I can try with the motherboard?
