No signal on monitor one long beep 2 short beeps cant get into bios

Just like the title says i recently got a new power supply and everything starts up fine except for this beeping and when it isnt beeping nothing shows up on the monitor anyway. I also tried everything on the No post/boot checklist thing. the motherboard i have is an asus M5A78L-MLX Plus. I've tried reseating the ram reseating the cpu tried the onboard video and two different graphics cards. I know the graphics cards are good because they work in another machine in my house.
What am i not doing here?

Check if all connection secure(no loose connection). Trying booting with just one ram stick and also if that doesnt work, change slot of ram like if you are using A1 and B1 try to use just A2 slot first with onestick.

It signals a memory issue. What RAMs using? Can you test different stick (borrow one).

Why did you install different power supply (for fixing some issues)? If putting back the old one, same beeps?

use 1 stick at one time. Check if it works.
if no, insert 2nd stick in same slot after removing 1st stick. If still doesn't work?
Do same thing one by one in next slot. Tell us what happen?

Have you tried clearing the CMOS?
The PSU might not be the only defective component. Try borrowing a RAM or test the PC at a local shop.

install you ram sticks, its time to check your graphics card. Try to reboot without gpu. I thinks its your psu demanding more power. Just check it.

tried booting without gpu same error. tried installing both ram sticks same error. tried clearing cmos same error.

I am afraid, if its your motherboard faulty or psu maybe. Just get a decent psu or the old one you have, check if you can boot without gpu inserted in mobo.

the old psu doesnt work at all. so im leaning towards the mobo. but when i put the cmos jumpers on 2-3 instead of 1-2 i dont get the beeps anymore.

Memory issue: Beep (1 long 2 short)

A Clean the Golden Finger of memory

B Clean the memory slots

C Leave only one memory stick to test

D If convenient, please change different memory to test again
