Question No Signal to Monitor After Installing RAM

Hey everyone I’ve been stuck on this for a few hours so I hope you’ll be able to help out.

I bought a 32 gb kit (2x16gb) and when I installed it, my monitor displayed no signal. I used checked forums and tried a couple methods, but the main thing is clearing my cmos. That worked the first time, but it said there was only 16 gb. Once I saw this I turned the computer off and went to try different slots, but the monitor wasn’t turning on again. So I cleared my cmos again, but this time I still didn’t get a signal. I should also note that when it worked, the fans started up differently that they regularly do, but now they start up like they would any other day. I’ve tried taking out the battery for over 20 minutes to no avail. I tried taking out new RAM and installing the old one but that also didn’t work. Now I have no clue what to do.

I bought the GIGASTONE Game PRO 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR4 3200MHz PC4-25600 CL 16-18-18-40 Intel XMP 2.0
My motherboard is the ASUS Prime B550-Plus AC-HES

Let me know if you need additional info and thank you, also this is my first time posting on a forum like this so sorry if there’s mistakes.

Check the motherboards User Guide/Manual.

Some motherboards now require that the first physically installed RAM be placed in a specific slot.

Normally DIMM_A2.

Check for that requirement and also take a very close look at any diagrams and fine print,

There is a recommended configuration on the manual, but that’s the one I’m using. It doesn’t say anything about the order of installation but I tried both anyways and I’m still getting the same issue.
