Question No signal to monitor sometimes ?

I inserted another GPU GTX 1660 in my PC. It works fine but sometimes when I turn on my system, the signal doesn't come to monitor.
If I press any button on monitor it gives message that no signals are coming from your system.
But this happens sometimes, like 1 or 2 times if I start PC atleast 5 times a day.
During using, no issue comes.
So what can be the reason?

What I have tested:

• Tried new PSU Corsair CX750m
• No dust
• No loose cables
• Re installed drivers

I would try to change the cable as it's most likely the problem...

PSU is new, brand new modular.
By the way, which cable are you talking about? monitor cable?

So I didn't use a new cable but I did try another GPU, my old one, and it's running fine till now.

The same kind of thing happened before when I used a new GPU but it didn't work and gave no signal to monitor while the old one worked fine. While that new GPU was working fine on the other system.

Now, I have changed the processor, RAM, and motherboard, and after a week got an issue. PC suddenly hang and even no keyboard/mouse was working, while everything inside the case was working. Restarted the system from the CPU case button, and then there was no signal to monitor.
Turned off the system direct from the switchboard and turned it on again, and it started working fine.
I think better to check GPU on the third system too.

After using stabilizer, everything going fine. I think this was due to voltage fluctuations.
