No Signal to Monitor.

I have a new PC. I plugged my hdmi cable into my graphics card and monitor.When i turned on my monitor, it displayed a message saying "HDMI No Signal." My CPU and GPU fans are both spinning. Can someone help me get signal to my monitor?

Here are my PC's specs:

Monitor: ASUS VG248QE
CPU: Intel i7 4790k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 16GB 2400mhz
GPU: ASUS Strix GTX 970
Motherboard: MSI Z97S Krait Edition
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
Hard Drive: WD Blue 1TB
PSU: Cooler Master v750

Check all your internal cable connections, especially the 8 pin connector for your GPU. Sometimes a loose cable can cause all manor of problems.

I checked all of my cables. None of them are loose.

I found my problem. Some of my motherboard pins were bent. went ahead and fixed it and my pc is running now.
