Question No signal to monitor

I have tried literally anything to make the pc give a signal, tested all components worked on my own pc. Changed mobo, CPU, ram, power supply. There are no integrated graphic. Computer will boot like normal but there aren't any signal to monitor (tried with multiple monitors). The graphic card works fine in my main computer and shows a picture but doesn't in the "new" pc.

AMD fx-6300
Asrock 990FX Extreme 3
1x8gb ram
Asus Gtx 750ti (latest driver)
2x120gb ssd
1x1tb hdd

how you have latest driver if you there is no picture?
