Question No signal to monitor

I have built my first dedicated miner finally.....but I can't get any picture to monitor. I have a
BIOSTAR TB250-BTC LGA 1151 Intel B250 USB 3.0 DDR4 ATX 6 GPU MINING Motherboard
Intel Core i3-6100 - 3.7 GHz Dual-Core (SR2HG) Processor
Corsair 8GBx2 DDR4
NVMe 128GB m.2 ssd

When I turn it on it will run for a couple seconds then shut off and come back on again. I have went to the above link to check and make sure everything is supported. My ram is not listed under those tested, but I have never had a problem with ram in the past so I'm not sure if that is it. Please help.

indicates this mobo wants 7th gen Intel. Is this the board you have?

EDIT- I see the 6100 in support but shows an sSpec/OPN# which I am not sure related to a BIOS or board revision?

Yes it is....according to supported CPU for mobo my CPU is good to go
