Hey, recently got a Geforce RTX 3060 Ti for my PC and replaced my 3050 with it. Watched a video on how to install it and even went with some procedures to get it working good. However, after turning on my PC I get absolutely no signal to my monitors. Still get signal with the 3050 though.
The 3060 Ti is powered on and installed correctly.

Additional stuff:
Motherboard: Gigabyte B660 DS3H AC DDR4
PSU: EVGA 600W GD
RAM: 16GB DDR4
CPU: Intel i5-12400KF
GPU: RTX 3060ti Ventus 2x 8GD6X OC

Things I’ve tried:
-Taking out and putting back in CMOS battery
-Ran DDU through safe mode
-Tried different ports on the GPU multiple times
-Reset BIOS
-Set BIOS settings to defaults

Your new card is a highly overclocked version.
Your psu is marginal, and may have deteriorated over time.

Are both 6+8 pin connectors securely inserted ?
Is the 8 pin EPS connector fully inserted?

Can you test with a known good stronger psu?
You could have a faulty card, but my guess would be that a psu upgrade is in order. If not now, in the future.

Everything is secured and connected, checked multiple times. I could buy a new PSU that’s stronger if the problem gets to there.
