The PC ONLY turns on if I do this:
With the PSU on, I disconnect either the SATA cable for the SSD or the HDD,plug them back in, and then boot PC again. I always get a display if I do this.
Any clues? I tried absolutely everything there is online, reinstalled GPU drivers, chkdsk, sfc scannow, I checked, all connections are good, Reseated RAM, reset BIOS settings, CMOS battery, reinstalled Windows, nothing seems to work.
Once I boot into Windows I'm fine, although today I got a freeze that didn't go, I restarted my PC and after that I couldn't get a signal anymore. Not to mention that one time when I accidently hit my PC it froze and I had to restart it.
Could I get any help? What is faulty, what do I need to buy?
Specs:
  1. i5 3470
  2. RX 580
  3. 240GB SSD, 1TB HDD
  4. D3162-B12 motherboard
  5. 550W PSU
  6. 8GB dual channel DDR3 RAM

Solution
Seems like I fixed it, it was related to my SATA power cable not making contact well with my SSD. I switched my power cables around and it seems to be fixed.
