[SOLVED] No signal with new cpu installed

Hi!, I’m new to computers but I installed my new intel core i7-4790 to my ASUS h81m-c motherboard. The motherboard supports the cpu and I even installed the latest bios firmware. But every time I install my cpu I get no signal any help? When I install my old cpu it goes back to normal and it’s only with the new cpu

Motherboard - ASUS H81MC
GPU - Xfx R9 390 Raedon
CPU - Intel core i7 4790 3.6Ghz
PSU - EVGA 750W

I have flashed my bios to the latest firmware and have found out that the motherboard needs to be updated to support 4th gen intel cpu but I need to have the management engine interface driver but I can’t find a driver that will work on windows 10 every one even the one from the ASUS website from the supported drivers for my motherboard wont work on windows 10
