Question No signal

I’ve been waiting months to get a new gpu and it finally came today. I installed a new mb with it but when I turn it on it stays on but gets no signal to my monitor. Any idea what I did wrong?

I did and my psu is a 750 I can’t remember brand name but it’s yellow. It’s a 2070 RTX have 8gb ram ddr4

I’ve tried taking out some ram now it goes on and off a few times then stays on but nothing displays and I plugged a keyboard in and it doesn’t lit up or anything

I haven’t had my pc since October due to what I thought was either a gpu failure or mobo so I bought a new mobo and get a replacement on gpu and they got it today and I put everything in but when I turn it on it will turn on and off twice then stay on the third but has no signal on display on any of them and the cpu light will flash before it restarts itself. Is my cpu failing?

We need to know what CPU, Mobo, PSU, RAM Etc Specific makes and models otherwise there's too many variables.
