Question No Signal!!!

I have recently bought a new CPU and Motherboard, but upon installing them I have come across the issue of no signal being outputted through my GPU. I have looked at my motherboard and seen the CPU Power plug has 8 pins but my PSU only has a 4 pin. Do I need an 8 pin to power my CPU?

Yes some CPUs might need the 8-pin connector to be connected.

You can use a PCI-E to 8-pin or SATA to 8-pin cable.

Thanks, just ordered a 4 to 8 pin PCI-E connector
