Question no sound after cmos battery removal

Today in the morning i was resetting my motherboard to default settings by removing the cmos battery , But once my pc starts up i noticed that there's no sound coming out on my headphones and my pc can't recognize Eathernet connection too I tried too much to fix the sound issue but nothing succeeded

Check your BIOS and make sure those devices are enabled.

In Windows, make sure the proper playback device is set to default (Control Panel/Sound).
