No sound after recent Windows 10 update

A recent major Windows 10 update seems to have a silencing affect on my pc. Any known fix?

Check Device Manager for unknown devices. Windows 10 can install the driver but it needs some help from you. Open Device Manager and look for an expanded tree. Double click an entry and click the Driver tab. Click Update Driver and select Search automatically. If that doesn't work, you need to search the motherboard manufacturers web site for drivers.
