Question no sound coming from monitor built in speakers

in playback devices it is enabled and set to the default audio device and all the sound is turned up 100%, even in the monitor settings. cant figure out what is causing it not to work.

sorry and i forgot to mention, the model of monitor is 32HC1QUR
