No sound from headphone jack

I have installed Dolby home theater v4 on my asus a555lj on windows 10 that doesnt comes with dolby software when i first bought it . I doubt it can support Dolby . I downloaded the software and installed it on my laptop today . The Dolby was successfully installed , but there's no sound coming out from the headphone jack . I have reinstall it many time s, yet , problem persists . Any solution , guys ?
