Question No sound from new wireless headset ?

Hi all

I just bought a Logitech G735 Aurora Gaming Headset and I have a lot of problems

I installed the wireless dongle, the headset was recognized directly in GHUB, the drivers were installed,
so far no problems, but then:

First problem, the headset is recognized as a speaker.

I tested bluetooth on my phone and the sound came through the headphones.
After that I wanted to test the cable, there was still no sound

I don't understand anything anymore, I tried fiddling with a few things but nothing worked.

I hope you have some good tips.

disable BT and try the cable
Many devices, when they pair, then can't work anywhere else, check this out.

Have you tried switching between sources (using the switch button — same as the Bluetooth button) and then playing with the audio mixing paddle? I have found that I occasionally need to first switch between sources (so the headset recognizes them? Or something?) before the audio mixing paddle will work. Pressing the top (A) should give you more USB dongle/cable audio, and pressing the bottom (B) should give you more Bluetooth audio.
