no sound from speaker and audio jack from toshiba sattelite c850

i hav toshiba sattelite laptop c805.
suddenly it's sound stop.
sometime it comes and go.
all software are installed. and i have resistalled the os. but still m am not able to hear any sound from lapton.
please help me what shuld i do.

Check Device Manager first for any error flags.
In particular, check that the audio device is listed under "Sound, video & game controllers".

Also check volume icon in the notification area - - is it normal, muted or showing error?
