No sound ; No internet access; No usb

Oh god what the hell is this?
All thing is ok even computer not slow at all but doesn't accept any usb device ; doesn't let to access internet and no sound is coming out!
I don't know what exactly is this

All that I remember:
Pc was ok last night; when I turned up today no thing happened. And I found that power supply fuse damaged and one mosfet is broken on that. Then bought a new pow sup and replaced. now Pc booting up and every thing are ok but no sound no internet no usb

try to reset cmos just in case.
Could be that PSU killed your parts on motherboard that are supposed to control said things.

You can always get PCI cards with USB ports on them and use it that way
Also there are pciex audio cards, and ethernet ones

Cmos cleared but problem failed to fix.
The computer was off but plaged to AC when pow sup destroyed.
I only have two pci on main board and I can't use three pci card for sound and internet and usb.
Also a computer need more than 2 usb also need usb on front panel but pci usb can't provide all of these options.
Which part(s) of mainboard broken you think?
