No Sound Plss Help...

My Computer doesnt have Sound on Video Files(Mp4,MKV,FLV etc...) and mp3 files which is saved in my computer....but has sound in Youtube videos,all other websites,System Sound is Also working and There is Also Sound in Video Games(Rainbow Six Siege and Other Games).........Pls help

Tried Re installing Realtek Drivers....
plsss Help me BRO

Ps:these all happened after i used a ZX3 Samsung Tool,I think it was malicious and i removed soon after
