No sound Windows 8.1 pro

My PC suddenly stop its sound. It says that there is no speakers or headphones are plugged in. I tried to re install its driver, which is VIA HD Audio, but it doesn't solved my problem. i also tried to restore, and reformat my PC, but still, it does not produce any sound.

Yes, and it is working fine in my phone.
