Hi, got a question...I recently upgraded the RAM in my gateway gm5076e and at first it was fine, then i ordered 2 more gb of ram and went to go install those and it didnt work. so i took out the 2 new 1gb cards and put the old 512mb cards back in, computer works fine, but now my sound doesnt work. Im thinking it has something to do with the ram maybe? or i might have unplugged something accidentaly..this was my first time even opening a computer up so bare with me here please. i have looked at my drivers and they are sigma tel audio...i went to device manager and it says its running fine, i went and redownloaded a sigma tel driver, restarted and nothing....another weird thing is when i installed that driver, the volume button on my keyboard doesnt do anything, i dont know if thats related or not...can someone with some pc knowledge help me out?
