No system sounds after installing some programs

Hi,

Yesterday I installed few programs for my college, legit programs and after that restart I don't have any sounds coming from the system, chrome etc..I can only hear the playback of the microphone when I unmute it in the sound settings.Tried reinstalling the drivers but no luck.
Im running on Windows 11.

what programs were they? Since you know what cause is, just need to know what they were to figure out which did it.

I installed Docker and Postgres, I removed them after but no changes, I installed the same programs on the laptop but the laptop has sounds.

Came home to check that, it worked, thank you so much!!! This feature caused alot of problems aside of the sound..
