[SOLVED] no title program when shuting/restarting pc

everytime i want to restart/shutdown my pc
This message pops up ! Despite i close everything before shuting down my pc
is there any way to know what app preventing me from shuting/restarting my pc? im afraid it could be malware. Pls help

No i didnt, i have the default windows defender

i scanned and deleted the detected viruses. and then i restarted my pc this time the no title program didnt prevent me from restarting
i think my issue is solved
