No uninstall button visible

HI,

I am trying to uninstall a certain program I no longer need, however when I go into Uninstall A Program from the Control Panel, there is no button that says Uninstall A Program. Moreover, when I go into the Uninstall A Program, I don't see anything at all, but when I refresh the programs come up. Anyone kind enough please help me. Please keep in mind that I am not that good with computers,so if possible please keep any help in simple and understandable words. Thanks

try uninstalling through 3rd party application as Revo Uninstaller.

Thats because some files of the program are already deleted and you can`t uninstall it, try uninstall it with ccleaner or some other program.
