I have bought a very cheap no name used tablet about 7" 4gb memory (not ram).

I just have a problem theres no option to enable usb debugging, which i must do so i can root it with z4root. Universal root i also have probelms downloading because my antivirus say it's a virus and i guees i also need to enabel usb debugging with universal root.
How do i install usb debugging,enable it?
