So Im building a brand new PC, parts out of the box from tigerdirect.com

This is not the first PC I've put together, I've been building my own PC's for quite a few years, but I wouldn't consider myself an expert.
The PC came together without any issues until I booted it up for the first time. Power supply fan came on, CPU fan came on and all F-panel lights, The BD-Rom functions properly.
The monitor says there is no video input. First I tried HDMI to the monitor, then VGA. Still no signal. I tried my TV via HDMI and another monitor, I know the cables work and I know the displays work fine, still no signal.
-Motherboard GA-78LMT-USB3
-CPU AMD FX-4200 3.3ghz
-Ram DDR3 (AX3U1600C4G11-SD)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes I've tried all positions for the RAM, and several other sticks Of RAM I know work. Still no solution.

So I'm sure I have the case speaker on the right pins according to the mobo manual. No beeps at all, the manual says it's supposed to beep once if there are no issues. I pulled the RAMs out and still no beep/s what so ever.

I reset CMOS, is it possible the default settings on the mobo are to mute the codes? I really don't want to RMA them just yet, hopefully there is another solution, but I will if I have to.
