I was updating drivers when my PC failed to reboot it seemed. I heard fans spinning up and never got a login screen. I've had this computer working for a couple of weeks. Audio drivers are what was being installed at the time. I tried several reboots and occasionally got video out. Sometimes of just the startup screen with BIOS info. Sometimes I'd get to windows login only to have the screen go black.

I noticed the VGA light on the board was on and swapped out my 2080 with a 970 from an old build. Works fine. Tested the 2080 in the old build. Also works fine. So the card doesn't seem to be dead, but I'm out of ideas as to why it won't give me video out in the current build.
