So I got an broken laptop from my neighbor. The broblem was the broken hinges and a cut VLGS cable si there was no output in the display. I bough all the needed part and after the replacement still had no signal (the hdmi works). After some trouble shooting I found that only one of 3 3.3V connectors actually work. The other 2 are connected to a logic gate which outputs only 0.6 volts. I also checked if any of the fuses could've been blown but all of them seem to have continuity. This is where I get stuck as my experience don't go past the analysis point. I'm asking for some help to resolve this issue. I have the schematic of the motherboard as well as some tools like multimeter, magnification glass and solder gun.
P.S.
The laptop model is Asus n56jr. Everything was tested on the external monitor and runs just fine. The only issue is the native display not working.

I thought so too so I bought a brand new display. Here is a list of things I have bought to upgrade the laptop.
  1. New hinges
  2. New LVSD cable as well as wifi antena cables.
  3. New SSD over old hard drive(haven't installed it yet)
  4. New keyboard
  5. New LCD panel(bought it after assuming the original one died)
