Question No video - No signal

I can't get a video signal from my PC. I have assembled bought components like I did numerous times before but this time I'm stuck.
Components;
motherboard - ASROCK H510-HVS
power supply - SHARKOON SHP bronze 80 Plus 600W
gpu - PALIT Geforce GTX 1050 Ti StormX 4GB
cpu - INTEL core i5-10400F
ram - T-Force Vulcan 2x8GB
ssd drive - Crucial 512GB
hdd - 1TB WD blue
When I turn on the computer all fans (cpu, housing, gpu) are working, led lights are on. Although no beep from motherboard.
I have tried with different PSU, without GPU, cleared CMOS (with putting cmos battery out) but no luck. Any ideas?

I tried without gpu in, motherboard has VGA connection but no signal. I inserted gpu and tried through hdmi on gpu, still not working.

cpu have no igpu. motherboard connection will NEVER output any signal.

test the gpu on another working pc? test the monitor on another working pc?

I have tried with different monitor. Same result - no video. No sense on trying gpu in different pc, because I can't get video signal from this PC on integrated vga signal from motherboard.

the point is to test this 1050 ti gpu to make sure it work.
but look like you know what you are doing
