[SOLVED] No Video Output and DRAM Redlight Lit on Motherboard

Hi guys, recently built a new PC, solved a previous power problem. But the monitor is still not receiving any input. The things have tried are:

1. Using HDMI instead of DVI (HDMI cable tested as functional before and after)
2. Tested using different monitor (still nothing)
3. Used GPU and motherboard DVI and HDMI slots (still nothing)

Also, the DRAM red light on the motherboard is lit. The GPU fan also start up during initial power up but turns off after a few seconds.

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 AORUS PRO
DRAM: Team Elite Plus 8GB DDR4-2400 (x2)

Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Clear the CMOS.
Double check the RAM is pushed all the way down in it's slot, at both ends.
Try booting with just 1 stick of RAM.

Thanks for reply, move the dram to other slots and not everything works.

What CPU are you using?
Try booting with your video card in the 2nd x16 slot.
