Just revamped my crappy PC with new Mobo, processor and Ram, NO VIDEO ! Machine turns on but then nothing. No video, no post beep. Running a Ryzen 7 5800x on an Asus Gametuf B550. Corsair Vengeance 32GBDDR4 and an RTX 2080 super. Tried the GPU and also tried ok board graphics connector. Still nothing. H E L P !

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Just revamped my crappy PC with new Mobo, processor and Ram, NO VIDEO !
Given how you did an upgrade, we'll be seeing two sets of specs, one for before and one for after.

When 5xx boards were first released it was intended for 3xxx series Ryzen. 5xxx came after which required bios update for the new gen 5xxx series processors to work. Since then, it has been a long time now, i doubt there's any 5xx boards left in stock that hasn't had the appropriate bios applied from manufacturer, but it could be old stock but highly doubtful. Only way of knowing that is put in an older processor. Motherboard box should say 5th gen ready.

Motherboard video ports won't work without an apu cpu. Your cpu doesn't have integrated graphics so these ports are inactive.

No post beeps or indicators of something wrong is a hard one. Just check again power cables, psu end if modular, if everything checks out you'd try some fresh eyes to help you out, a friend or Micro Center if need be.

Copy that. Would BIOS flashback be of any use? Probably not. That's going backwards init?
Yes it would, however (I could be wrong), I don't think your motherboard has that feature.

Correction: Your motherboard MAY have that feature. Please give us the EXACT name of your motherboard (from the box it came in).

If it is the TUF GAMING B550-PLUS (WI-FI), then it does have this feature. Follow the step by step instructions on page 1-8 of your User's Manual. You will have to run steps 1-3 of these instructions on another working PC since yours currently doesn't boot.

Refer to page 1-7 to locate the correct USB port to use and the location of the flashback button (BIOS FLBK).

After you do steps 1-3, remove the USB stick from the working PC and, making sure the new PC is plugged in but powered down, insert it into the USB port on the rear of your new PC that's labeled BIOS. Then follow steps 5-6.
