I dont know if this is the right place to post this. If not, please let me know

So, I bought a used graphics card on eBay (gtx 1650s) and after installing it (used DDU, latest drivers) everything worked fine, I even stressed it for half an hour and didn't pass 62 celsius. The problem is that the next morning and everytime since then, I only get video output after second boot (turn on, no output, turn off, turn on, output). I had a gtx 970 before this and everything worked fine. I installed an rx 570 in between these two cards, but I didn't have any issue either and I "DDU'd" it. Also, when I had the gtx 970 I overclocked the rams (didn't change voltage or timings, tested stability the hole night) if it might be important. I saw a guy who fixed a similar problem by disabling Windows fast boot, but didn't work in my case.

Any ideas?

My PC specs are:
Ryzen 5 2600
EVGA GTX 1650 SUPER SC Ultra
Gigabyte B450M DSH3
HyperX Fury 2x4GB 2666 (OC@3000 1.2V)
SK Hynix NVME bootdrive
EVGA 600W PSU

Hi everyone. It's been a while, but I got my new card not so long ago and I forgot to post about it.
So, yeah, I sold the EVGA card and bought a 1650 Super Gaming X. Everything working perfectly, the issue is gone. Also, the guy who bought the EVGA didn't complain about anything, and since it worked fine on my other rig I can assume it works fine on almost any other PC.
Weirdest thing in the world, but thank you so much for your help! :)
