Question No video output

So i got a pc that i bought for 100 and it has no display and i have tried replacing motherboard CPU and tested GPU(works) and psu it was originally a prebuilt
The specs are
b450 ds3h wifi mobo
, 2x8 gb of ddr4 crusial ram
, a in system Ryzen 7 3700x
(tested CPU Ryzen 5 3600)
, a r9 270x
, a 600w power supply

r9 270x may not work with BIOS in UEFI mode.
