no video signal a10 9700 asrock 320m-hdv

i have an amd a10 9700 with an asrock 320m-hdv. i put the system together and boom no video to the monitor.

Weird eunogh it should work without problem.
Try to clear cmos, try one stick of ram.
Which video output did you use HDMI/DVI/VGA?
Aand do you have any extra GPU on hand? (any PCIE GPU?)

i've tried one stick of ram in both slots i tried the other stick of ram in both slots
i tried vga/hdmi/ dvi with adapter to vga
i tried an old gpu
i tried a cmos reset 20min
im going to see if i can pull my speaker from another system as this mobo didn't come with a new one
i tried this build before with a msi mobo and msi told me it was a bad board so i rma that one and got this one .. same problem so im going to rule out bad board .. but my luck 2 doa boards isn't outside the realm of possibility

You said to MSI, but this is ASROCK mobo you pointed up?

yes this mobo is an asrock 320m-hdv mobo I started with a msi board had the same problem and msi said it was a bad board so i replaced it with the asrock 320m-hdv and still nothing but fans powering on

and i just hooked up the spk_cI1 speaker and it doesn't make a peep

Seems like your CPU is killing components , which rest of parts do you have with PSU brand?

apex 400w (also tried a 750w kentek from my other computer)
16g ( 2 x 8) g skill F4-2400c 15d-16gft rtl
wd 500gb hdd

Weird...
Try to RMA CPU if you can, beause you tested with other PSU (even if its not popular/sketchy brand).
I dont have any ideas...
