[SOLVED] No video signal on boot ?

Just finished building my PC, and am getting no video signal on boot. I have tried both the hdmi port on my motherboard and the hdmi port on my gpu. My specs are:

Motherboard: B450 Tomahawk Max II
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x
GPU: RTX 3080 Ti
Power Supply: Corsair RM650x

Upon booting up the PC, the motherboard lights up the 4 debug lights in order. When I don't have the Windows installation DVD inserted, the boot light stays on, but the light turns off when the DVD is inserted, indicating that it IS booting from the DVD.

Update: I managed to solve the problem myself by updating the bios. Apparently the bios on the motherboard did not support my CPU

Glad you got it figured out good rule of thumb to always update the bios before installing a new CPU.
