Hi! I've been working on a new PC for myself, here are the specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-13700KF 3.4 GHz 16-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair iCUE H115i ELITE CAPELLIX 97 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus PRIME Z790-P ATX LGA1700 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory
Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Storage: SK Hynix Platinum P41 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: Asus DUAL OC GeForce RTX 4070 12 GB Video Card
Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair RM850x (2021) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

After plugging everything in, there's no video signal coming out, the monitor is plugged to the gpu, I've tried resetting the CMOS, removing the ram sticks, removing only one ram stick, removing the ssds and so on, help!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Remove the discrete GPU and then see if you're able to get display out from the motherboard onto your panel. If that doesn't work, inspect the CPU's socket for any bent or broken pins.
Thanks! Can I still get video signal even if the cpu has no integrated graphics? I've already tried that and unfortunately nothing changes 🙁

EDIT: Also just checked the cpu, no bent or broken pins, everything looks fine.

Is everything else working or seems to be working (RGB on, fans spinning etc)? If that's the case, try using a different port (HDMI > DP or vice-versa), try another cable and make sure it's properly plugged in, also set the proper input in your monitor settings if needed, even try a different monitor or TV if you can... If that doesn't work, maybe the GPU is pushing a resolution that is not supported. I'm sure someone here knows if it's possible to preset a resolution and how to do it, or maybe you can find a solution elsewhere online.

You can check this out, explains how the HDMI cable can be the problem:

PS. You can't get a signal through the mobo with no igpu, im sure Lutfij overlooked that part of your post.
