Question No video upon power up

Hello! I have a MSI B150M Mortar motherboard with a Intel i5-7400 CPU. The system works fine, but when I try using my Radeon 7850 the Ez Debug led for VGA lights up, and nothing gets on screen. Could someone shine a light on this issue?

Ps. When I test the VGA in another system it works fine

Are you using a 4pin ATX 12V or a 4+4 ATX 12V CPU Power Connector?
Do you have the necessary PCIE power connectors to the graphics card?
What model power supply do you have?

Have you tried using the integrated graphics instead? Does that give a signal?

4+4 pin CPU power, with another 6 pin for the VGA. My power supply is a Corsair CX500

Okay. Have you tried using a different PCI-E slot on the motherboard? Also, update your BIOS to the latest version, and make sure that in your BIOS, a settings similar to Primary display adapter is set either to Auto or to PCI-E

Would it be possible to bring that power supply to your system for testing?
