no video when booting

ok..my desktop when turning on has no video..fans all run no beeps..i thought it was a bad motherboard so i bought a new one..hooked everything up and same problem...no video.this is a AMD FX6300 with no viedo card.running 28 gig memory.1 terabyte SSHD. also no power to ubs port's.

Your description alone suggests you're not using a graphics card, and the FX-6300 doesn't have integrated graphics. Therefore no visual output.

Post your full specs so people can see whether this is the case or there's something else going on.
