New laptop

Hi guys,
I have wrecked my brain trying to figure this out.
I just got this laptop a week ago and when I connect this to an external display I can see the desktop just fine, I can even play games no problem but, whenever I try to use Netflix or ther internal MS video app it will not display the video, only the sound.
It does not matter if I'm on mirrored or extended or on display 2 only it will not show the video.
I have disabled G-force experience thinking the screen cap mat be setting off the HDCP, I have disabled every program except the basics at startup. The only thing that catches my attention is that both Nvidia control panel and windows see the second display but the intel graphics driver does not. The intel driver proggy disappears when it is set to 2nd display only.
I have tried two different TV's and two different monitors and it does the same thing. I am running this to all 1080p displays and I am using the same resolution on all 4 connected through HDMI.
All drivers are up to date but I cannot for the life of me figure this out. I have tried to uninstall the intel display but it automatically adds itself back.
Any ideas are appreciated.
