No volume on ps3

Hello Please help
went to watch a dvd through our ps3 no aduio no sound nothing
I dont have a html thingy
just have the scart lead never had any problems before
tried resetting and default no joy
please help with christmas coming

its the sound settings


you need to manually select the output

it wont autochange audio output
