no wifi, no ethernet cable working.

it just randomly happened. I came back home, turned my laptop on, and the wifi didn't work. I tried ethernet cable, but it doesnt work either. could this be a motherboard problem? how much will it cost to fix this?

Try the wifi on mobile or another wireless device. If it dosent work on them either, then your wifi modem is short-circuited you'll have to replace it. If wifi works on mobile etc your laptops internal lan adapter is damaged, get it checked.
