Noctua DH15 in an S340?

I'm not happy with my current cooling so I want to make some upgrades. I have a Ryzen 5 1600, 4x4GB Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM, Asus Prime B350M-A mobo and an NZXT S340. Will the D15 fit without any jams in the case, without clipping the RAM or anything?

Noctua's NH-D15 sink does have pretty high clearance cutouts for RAM , and, my Gskill Ripjaws set sure fits under it fine...

Noctua's wesbite will mention which cases are known to work with the 160-165 mm height, do the case will need to be wide enough, especially to use the 2nd fan, which sits a tad higher. (I was forced to use the 2nd fan as a a case intake a few inches away, but, it still runs PLENTY cool in this configuration...

The cooler is 4mm too tall

The Scythe Mugen Max ($36) just fits @ 161 mm and is able to compete with $90 air coolers.... and off center design means no RAM issues (bottom of HS is 43mm above CPU)

Well, the Noctua NH U12S (About $60) will beat that Scythe Mugen Max thing and the NH U12S will fit in the case.
