Noctua NF-A14 vs Phanteks PH F140SP for a heatsink?

I'm going to buy a 140mm fan for my Rajintek Ereboss, i have been reading a lot posts here and many people recommend Phanteks F140SP but a lot of people aslo recommend noctua NF-A14 ( The normal one , don't know if industrial PPC is worth it)

So, for you, what's the best fan for a heatsink?

Noctua iPPC fans since they are color neutral. The vanilla flavored Noctua fans are horrible to look at.

The looking is irrelevant for me , i only look for perfomance for my heatsink :/ ;and yes, the noctua fans are horrible to look at, i agree.
