Hey guys,

I can't find any concrete information about this so that's why I'm asking. I was told today by a guy that by applying the silencer cables to my 6 Noctua NF-S12A PWM coolers, I lose performance. Apparently the coolers won't go above a certain level of RPM.

Is this true? Should I remove them or not? Asking this because I don't really want to mingle with my setup for nothing...

Solution
uhm... it is.
at least with my Noctua fan it's stated that it's a ultra low noise adapter that reduces voltage to the fan
thus resulting in less rpm

yes

Ok, but how come this information is not included with the manual... geez.

Thanks tho

Note, can't find in a thing in the box 🙁

I will remove them.
