Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 CPU Cooler - Question

Will the Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 CPU Cooler fit in my Antec 300? (with or without a side fan)

If anybody knows, please share... would love to know if these will work together.

The reviews at Newegg show that it fits in the RC-690 and Antec 900, but only if you don't have a side fan installed. The Antec 300 is smaller than those two, so I'm guessing it won't fit at all.

If your budget allows such an expensive cooler (and the i7/DDR3/X58, obviously), why not upgrade the case too. Something like NZXT Tempest for example will help your overclocking a lot and will fit anything.

From the newegg reviews I saw: "Pretty big, but fits in my Antec P182."

Looking up that case, it is the same width 8.1'' that the antec 300 is... does that mean it will fit?

Yeah, it should... Actually, the Antec 900 is also 8.1" in width. Give it a try.
