NOCTUA NH-U14S but cpu still overheating

Hello,
last week i bought the NOCTUA NH-U14S but i'm still experiencing heat problems in CS:GO or Dying Light. All fans are working properly but i cant see a reason why this is still happening.
Would be great if someone of you guys could help me out.

If you have insufficient ouside airflow or poor circulation in the case it could be the problem. Test with the side panel of the case removed so that there is lots of outside air circulation.

One of four possibilities come to mind:

1) Didn't get good application of the thermal paste when you installed the cooler.

2) CPU voltage and/or overclock settings are resulting in very high heat.

3) Poor airflow out of the case, insufficient exhaust

4) Did not get the fan speed/temperature curve set to properly ramp the Noctua PWM fan up to full speed at high CPU temps. For example, the stock fan curve on an ASUS board is set too high for an AMD processor with full fan speed at 70C when you really want it at 60C (or even 50C) for max cooling.
