Excuse ME ... who made it the "world best" ??!!?

it is NOT ... each models has pros and cons .. it is silent yes but not worlds best in in noise/performance Ratio and for sure not the best in air flow nor in look and design.

Short of running fans north of 2500+rpm, this fan outperforms other 120mm fans. In fact, it outperforms a lot of 140mm fans. It's also quiet and cools extremely well on radiators. So yes, save for being poo-poo brown, it's the world's best fan.
